Dehydrated Kale with Almond spice

Kale is low in calories and high in iron and fiber. This recipe is my own and it is a great snack!

7 oz of Kale ( about a half a large bag)                                                                                         1 cup Almond                                                                                                                                 2 1/2 tbs Grey Poupon mustard (Country Dijon)                                                                      1/4 tsp red pepper (ground (cayenne)                                                                                          1 tsp olive oil                                                                                                                                   2 tbs water

Put the Almond, mustard, red pepper, olive oil, and water in to a food grinder until processed in to a spread.

Spread the dip on to the kale and lay it out on the dehydrator tray. Continue this process until you can fit any more in your dehydrator.

Dehydrate at 125 F for about 3 – 5 hours.
