Killer Workouts will be posting a transformation program for two months that everyone can follow. I will be starting this in a week and will be posting a starting off photo of myself.

I want everyone to take a photo of themselves before they start this program. I have people do this so they can see for themselves the transformation. You might not like it now but at the end of the sweaty tunnel, you will love it!

This program will include nutrition and workouts that you will have to follow. If you follow along and are determined, then you will achieve this program.
