ENDURANCE!!

Stretch

  • Hand walks hamstrings stretch
  • Kneeling quad stretch 
  • Butterfly hip flexor stretch and kneeling hip flexor stretch
  • Step drop calf stretch and toe pull calf stretch

Warm up

  • High knees 
  • Side walk with bands 
  • Front walk with bands
  • Backward walk with bands
  • Jog 30 meters

KWO

  • Sprint 10 meters
  • Long jumps 10 meters
  • Lunges 10 meters
  • 10 High jumps

                                         4 sets 3 minute brake in between. 

Stretch well after workout!
