Take control and start eating right! Healthy foods don’t start and end with a salad here and there. There are so many great healthy foods and all you have to do is experiment.

What you didn’t like broccoli when you were younger? oh, you didn’t like nuts and seeds?! Just because you didn’t like the taste of a specific food a few years ago does not mean you wont like them now. Taste Buds change every 5 to 7 years.

Why you ask? Just like every other cell in our body they start to wear out. They don’t die off they just get damaged and that’s when our taste buds start to change. So don’t let the past stop you from eating healthy food!
